The are merely a level of reality that we have not yet discovered, thus don’t yet accept, don’t yet understand, and don’t have patterns and rules for yet.  Every time we delve deeper paradoxes get solved, but then new paradoxes arise (suggesting that yet another as of yet undiscovered layer of reality exists).  So paradoxes really aren’t paradoxes at all, they’re just a level of reality we haven’t figured out a way to explain yet.
